About Us
Our owner and operator, Lucrezia Esser has provided quality childcare for over 25 years. Having roots as a home daycare our child care center maintains a family atmosphere that helps all children to feel loved and cared for.
We use the most up to date information to provide the very best care. Here at Lucrezia’s we take pride in where we come from and are always looking for ways to grow while staying grounded in the present.
A Day at Lucrezia’s
Morning
Free Play | Children choose activities in small groups guided by teachers with open ended questions
Circle Time | Children transition and are lead to circle time with songs. After we do some light exercise/ stretches, we recite the Pledge of Allegiance by the U.S. flag and children sit on individual mats. Children take turns sharing about the calendar, weather, numbers, and patterns.
STEAM Activities| Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math projects that create sensory experiences.
Outside Play | Weather permitting we play sports and games and explore our special outdoor play area.
Lunchtime
After a balanced and healthy lunch children help with clean up before settling down for nap time.
Afternoon
Nap | Children settle down for nap time with classical music and reading.
Snack | Children help clean up after enjoying a healthy snack
Center Play | Children play in activity centers of their choice in small groups guided by a teacher with open ended questions.
